Montreal Area / Labourer: Industrial Valve and Instrumentation Supplier.
A metropolitan Montreal based industrial valve and instrumentation supplier serving the industrial market in the Province of Quebec and Eastern Ontario is seeking Labourer/Sandblaster for its Service Department. We are a leading supplier in the Quebec industrial marketplace with significant activities for servicing the aftermarket for the repair and replacement of control valves, safety relief valves and field instruments.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Sandblasting of valves that come in for repair.
2. Painting of valve bodies.
3. Clean-up of the shop area.
4. Assist in shipping and deliveries when required
Skills and Knowledge
• Able to lift and manipulate heavier loads (10 to 15Kg) from time to time.
• Be prepared to wear dust protection equipment for an extended period of time
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Able to respect all company safety regulations
Education/Experience
• Secondary school graduation would prefered.
